I also know the long-lasting positive impacts that therapy can have on couples deciding whether to stay together, learning how to get unstuck, stop fighting, and forgive. I aim to support couples as they take greater risks to develop (and re-develop) trust, gain understanding, deepen intimacy, and restore connection.
