I am Dr. Mir, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, executive functioning, motivation, life transitions, stress management, and parent–child relationships. I also provide therapy for parents to support their child’s growth. In addition, I specialize in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, learning and memory concerns, autism, epilepsy, concussion, and traumatic brain injury. My goal is to help you achieve psychological wellness by providing a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered. Life can be challenging, and I work collaboratively with you to gain insight, build resilience, and navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence and clarity.
