English | 中文 I am the founder of Mind & Body Garden Psychology Inc., a Mandarin-English-Cantonese multicultural group practice with 20+ bilingual therapists, psychiatrists, etc. We provide psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessment services, and we have offices in CA & NY. I have 3 specialties: sex therapy, sleep treatment, and child mental health. I see my role as a "gardener": when you have too many branches of mental blocks and bushes of stress in your life, what we can do is help you to be more aware of the branches and bushes that impact your quality of life, and then assist you to trim these parts, cope with stress, and live happily. We have licenses across different states, and we strongly advocate evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) to build a more meaningful life.
