I see clients virtually in California and Oregon. If you feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, overwhelmed by conflict, or carrying the weight of past trauma, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in working with high-conflict couples, emotionally disconnected partners, and adults healing from childhood or adult trauma. Many of my clients struggle with anxious or avoidant attachment, repeated arguments that never feel resolved, or a deep sense of loneliness even while in a relationship. Others come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, shut down, or unsure how to trust themselves or others again.
