I am a registered nurse and a licensed clinical social worker in California with over 28 years as a nurse and 13 years of experience working as a trauma therapist and wellness coach. I help teen parents and former teen parents heal from the psychological and emotional trauma of early parenting. I also help women heal from the trauma of abortion. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in bridging the mind and body connection to health and wellness.
