To me, therapy is the act of radically engaging in self reflection, letting yourself be seen, and ultimately, being deeply human. I specialize in working with creatives. Not just full time creatives, but those who want to nourish their inner artist or act more on their creative impulses. I also specialize in the areas of self worth, identity exploration, and relational patterns. Overall, I am open and excited to work with anyone who is willing to go deep and be present in the therapy room.
