Hello! Take a breath and congratulate yourself on making the first step towards living your best life. I also make personal counseling a mandatory part of my wellness. My approach to counseling is client-centered, warm, and involves a collaborative style where I listen to my client and assume they are the expert in their own life. My specialty areas include: LGBTQIA+, spirituality/religion, multiculturalism, mental health counseling, and addictions. I believe clients know deep down inside what is best for them, and I will work with you to reach your own answers.
