Psyche Sleuth for hire, 1pm & 3pm openings. Change is hard because we are often not aware of what we do or why we do it. I see what you don't see in the mirror. My specialty is diving deeply into the mind and helping you experience change at a fundamental level. This requires no special knowledge or skill on your part, only willingness to explore and an openness to what you might find. Just like your body, your mind knows how to heal itself. My role is to facilitate that process. I provide a safe environment, compassionate feedback, and supportive challenge when needed. I also offer Neurofeedback for sleep, anxiety and ADHD.
