I am committed to guiding individuals towards building healthier relationships and habits in every aspect of their life. My holistic approach focuses on addressing and exploring the relational and behavioral patterns that impact mental health. I believe that every person has the inherent capacity to make positive changes in their life, and sometimes it just takes the right support and guidance to take the first step towards growth. I have had prior experience working with clients struggling with problems related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, complex trauma, relationship conflicts, and athletic performance. I have 15 years of experience as a competitive distance runner and I am a first generation college graduate. I was born and raised in Northern California.
