My ideal client is someone who is ready to tackle their challenges and is enthusiastic about putting in the effort to work through them. I truly understand and connect well with individuals who are ready to embrace change, can be open-minded, and committed. I have worked with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, persistent sadness, and disinterest in daily activities. Additionally, survivors of abuse, or traumatic events, children and teens facing behavioral issues, bullying, or family conflicts, as well as couples dealing with communication issues, infidelity, or other relationship challenges.
