About
What has not yet been lived? The psychotherapy I practice addresses this type of question without prescribing readymade solutions or treating the highly complex and often painful dynamics of your inner world as problems to be solved. I view psychotherapy as a creative mutual process that attempts to carefully consider wounds such as loss, disappointment, and hurt for the purposes of soulful self-understanding. I tend to work well with students, professionals, artists, and people going through life transitions, though this work is well-suited for anyone interested in exploring their unconscious mind and growing emotionally. Each person's unique situation develops my approach to the therapeutic process. As such, you're encouraged to speak as freely as possible. Exploring dreams and unconscious symbolic patterns may also reveal our work's direction. A “hopeful” side effect of this type of psychotherapy can be a newfound freedom to act for yourself and a renewed sense of vitality.
