My name is Tomi and I am here to help. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, and questions surrounding sexuality. I help by providing a nonjudgmental, caring space while using evidence-based practices to help you connect with yourself, see new perspectives, and gain clarity around your values. In our first few sessions, you can expect that I will compassionately listen to everything you bring to the table, will try to gain understanding about what is keeping you stuck, and will help you explore what is really important to you in this life.
