Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, down, or unsure of your next steps, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can sort through the hard stuff, discover what matters most to you, and begin to feel more grounded and hopeful. Virtually in New Jersey, I work with preteens, teens, and adults who are facing life transitions, relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, or questions about identity and connection. I also work with couples. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, not a clinical checklist
