I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience providing evidence based therapy. I believe people are capable of immense personal growth and change with therapy, and work with individuals and families to collaboratively work toward behavioral change, symptom alleviation, and improved overall wellness. My experience includes mental health and substance use treatment, school based services, and clinical and LCSW supervision. In addition to my clinical work, I am a senior lecturer at the Columbia School of Social Work. I believe in evidence based treatments and the importance of the therapeutic relationship.
