Hey there! I'm glad you're here. Life can be extremely challenging, but finding a therapist shouldn't be. In my practice, I strive to make strong, authentic connections with the people I see to support them in their healing and growth. I take a person-centered and relationship-based approach, utilizing action- and insight-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, life, and take steps towards peace, safety, and happiness. I am a good fit for those looking for empathetic support, to build insight, and to grow and become the best version of themselves. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to partner with you to find your inner guidance and strength. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, men's issues (especially young adults), and life changes. I also have training in psychedelic therapy preparation, facilitation, and integration.
