Dr. Ebi D. Okara, a Clinical Psychologist, at Metis Psychological Associates, LLC has years of clinical experience working in in-patient, out-patient and forensic settings wih a diverse adult patient population with mild to severe emotional and psychological problems eg; depression, anxiety, phobias, stress. My treament philosophy is that every individual who seeks help from me will always be treated with dignity, respect, warm and caring attitude. Further, I believe that each individual has the capacity to recover and heal from their emotional and psychological problems if provided with the necessary tools and safe environment. My modality of treament are individual, couples, marital/family therapy, group, and psychological evaluation and testing. I provide consultation in the following areas: critical incident stress managment: corporate and group crisis response, suicide/violence prevention, ethics and professional boundary violations, cross-cultural psychology, and workplace.
