I plan to assist my clients in building the necessary tools needed to navigate life and overcome the obstacles and hurdles that may present themselves. I believe in meeting a client where they are and assisting them in gaining and maintaining emotional stability. I am a client-centered therapist with over ten years' experience in mental health and addiction counseling.
