By releasing worry, fear and insecurity you can make bold decisions and healthy choices to pursue and achieve your goals and dreams. Awaken to the strengths you possess and learn strategies to cope with stress and increase life's potential. Some of my areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/bereavement, marital/relational concerns, college/career planning, general guidance and mentorship. Utilizing a combination of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, Humanistic, Strengths-based and existentialism, I create a positive environment for my clients to process emotions and effectively cope with many of life's challenges.
