I am Ed O'Hara and I am a licensed clinical social worker with 17 years of experience. I am aware that life can be very challenging and that one can be affected by trauma and stress. My style is to listen empathically and offer support and ideas to help. I believe in the importance of self-compassion and healthy self-care. My ideal client is someone who is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma issues, and relationship issues. I also have experience working with individuals with Bipolar and addiction issues.
