We all carry around invisible wounds and I am passionate about supporting you as you navigate the many challenges of everyday life. I work with relational conflict, loss, low self-esteem, body image, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable step, and I strive to offer a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative; I believe the relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth.
