I believe that curiosity and connection are invaluable to the process of understanding and coping with our most overwhelming thoughts and feelings. We all deserve a collaborative and trusting relationship with a therapist who can offer warmth, consistency, and open-mindedness, during our most isolating emotional experiences. To that end, my aim as a clinician is to remind those I work with of their value when they are most insecure, to invite self-inquiry that sheds light on their innate resilience, and to offer coping tools to help manage their most destabilizing moments.
