My work is focused on helping teens and adults of all genders and sexual orientations create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients seek therapy to address trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and attachment concerns. I also support individuals as they make sense of their experiences with emotionally immature parents while honoring their resilience and capacity for healing. I especially enjoy supporting college-aged and young adult women through life transitions, body image and self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. I work with clients to explore how past roles and relationship patterns shape the present, fostering deeper self-compassion and understanding as a foundation for healthier connections. Every story deserves to be heard. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—allowing healing to unfold. I’m passionate about helping clients move beyond limiting beliefs and live in alignment with their values and purpose.
