I know how heavy life can feel when you’re trying to hold everything together. This is a space where you can set that weight down, take a breath, and show up just as you are. You don’t have to carry it all alone. My approach is warm, conversational, and grounded in genuine connection. I bring curiosity, compassion, and moments of humor into the work we do together, blending approaches like DBT, CBT, ACT, and parts work to meet your unique needs. I offer a culturally responsive, holistic approach to therapy with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and women’s issues. With children, I use play-based and cognitive-behavioral interventions to help them express and process their experiences in ways that feel natural and safe. For some, creative expression like art, movement, or hands-on activities can open doors that words alone can’t.
