You are not alone. Life is really hard right now. You deserve self care and support. Difficult and painful experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. As both a Wisconsin and Florida licensed mental health counselor (LPC, LMHC), I offer you a safe place to talk about and explore all those concerns. Together we will identify specific issues and needs to establish achievable goals.
