As a Dance Movement Therapist, I recognize the strong connection between body and mind and encourage the exploration of our bodies' wisdom in the healing process through Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and breathing techniques. Through these approaches, you will learn how to calm your nervous system so that you can effectively confront past trauma, losses, and challenging experiences.
