As a licensed therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique journey. I am based in Georgia but licensed in several states. I received my degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and I have been practicing 3 years. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self esteem, and grief. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, motivation interviewing and solution focused therapy to support growth and healing.
