I use an integrative and holistic approach to mental health and wellness, adjusting therapy based on client needs. My work focuses on adults addressing concerns with stress, anxiety, depression, life stages and changes, trauma, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and relationship concerns. I am a cancer survivor and keenly aware of the emotional challenges of a cancer diagnosis and treatments and I strive to help others manage these challenges.
