My passion is to help people navigate life's challenges in a safe and warm environment. My style is to engage and interact with my clients in a respectful, non-judgemental, supportive and positive manner. Together we work on improving communication, developing strategies for clients who face transitions and supportive tools for those who experiene illness or losses. We all face changes - in our roles, relationships, our health or emotional well being. Adapting to these changes can be challanging yet with appropriate support - there is always opportunity for growth. I would like to be there for you.
