I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families with mental health challenges since 1990. I have spent a great deal of time supporting individuals with trauma histories to find healing and move forward in reaching their goals. I feel incredibly humbled to be able to come alongside individuals and families and be a part of their journey toward healing and wholeness. I try to meet each individual where they are at with respect, empathy, and hope for growth and recovery. My specialties include: Children and Adolescents, Couples and Family Therapy, and Individual Therapy for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood dis-regulation and interpersonal struggles. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, Schema-focused Therapy and Play Therapy in sessions.
