My work focuses on collaborating with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. Painful and difficult emotions often arise after a particular experience or life event, but sometimes it is difficult to understand exactly where they came from. These difficult emotions often lead to a sense of stagnation in life and a sense of disconnect from yourself and/or your surroundings. My aim is to help you gain awareness into your inner universe in order to help you gain insight into your adaptive and maladaptive responses to past and present experiences with the objective to work towards personal growth and self-actualization. I utilize integrative psychotherapy as my primary approach to treatment which combines aspects and techniques from different treatment modalities and allows for the therapeutic process to be tailored to each client's unique needs/experiences.
