My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress management. I work with adults and adolescents. I work to provide a therapeutic environment in which clients feel safe and empowered to process their emotions and initiate positive change in their lives. In partnership with my clients, I hope to emphasize a dynamic, expansive, and holistic view of the self. I believe that each client can access previously unrecognized and untapped internal strengths and resources.
