I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience providing care to adults coping with both straightforward and complex mental health issues. I work from a strengths-based perspective, grounded in the belief that each of us possesses the skills and abilities needed to understand and untangle problematic thinking and behaviors. In my practice I help clients confront a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, family conflict, parenting problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship problems and grief; I also help them to explore issues around life's meaning and purpose.
