Many of us have arrived at points in life where we feel alone and lost. Disappointments, losses and wounds leave us feeling that we are not enough, disconnected, hopeless and stuck. In our time together, I will work to help you finally find freedom from the lies that hold you back from living a meaningful, satisfying and connected life. I use my training in EMDR to help clients overcome traumatic life experiences that keep them stuck. I also work with teens and families. I enjoy helping engaged couples prepare for marriage and am a certified SYMBIS facilitator.
