As a thirty plus year veteran in Clinical Social Work, I worked for many years at the premier Harvard teaching hospital for psychiatry in Boston. I am an eclectic therapist. My clinical work is based upon a psychodynamic foundation to which I have integrated Cognitive and/ DBT, Anxiety Therapy, Career Counseling, Family Systems and Coaching. In my initial assessment and subsequent work with each individual/couple I strive to listen closely to the life and emotional experience of the client, help each person to understand their life challenges and help them toward through barriers that block healing and growth.
