Therapy is an opportunity for you to work on developing how "you want the next chapter of your life to read". I have over 25 years of experience in working with people to help them work through many different issues in their lives, both from their past and/or their present. It is very important to understand the stress that a person is experiencing and develop positive skills to decrease and manage the stress. I work with individuals and families to create a positive plan to master these skills. I also specialize in trauma focused therapy and helping clients and families that are dealing with substance use disorders.
