I am a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in working with those 18 and older who have Anxiety, Trauma + PTSD, Racial Trauma, Gender affirming care, LGBTQ+ issues, and Family of Origin Issues. I lean on Mindfulness/meditation, ACT, and DBT, to guide my sessions. Being yourself is the most important part of therapy. I want you to come to session exactly as you are!
