I work with children, teens, & adults using telehealth. I have experience & passion for working with all of these age groups. I enjoy working with youth that are guarded, have lots of attitude, problems with behaviors, self-esteem, mood, or focus difficulties. I also really love working with adults that need help with relationships, learning to say no, setting boundaries, and adjusting to changes in life. I like offering a compassionate ear to individuals presenting with anxieties, traumas, and depressed moods. I want to help build skills & fulfillment in domains including work, relationships, family, activities, and sense of self.
