I have been in practice for over 20 years, but continue to value learning and evolving, and I find it a sacred honor, as a therapist, to be invited to act as a guide on a journey that isn't, ultimately, mine. Licensed by the state of Colorado as a counselor, I practice with the educational background of a BA in Psychology, and an MA in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education. As a person-focused therapist, I believe the relationship of trust and safety between client and therapist creates the necessary catalyst for growth and change. Additionally, I believe in providing observation, challenge, homework, psychoeducation.
