My practice is founded on meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. I am keenly non-judgmental and strive to create a safe and protected place to figure out the challenges and gifts in life and in ourselves; then help plan what to do with those challenges and gifts to live content and fulfilled lives. I mean that - it's how I work and strive to be daily. I feel honored when a client gives me the opportunity to walk for a brief period on his/her/their journey of life. I am unapologetically honest and deeply compassionate. My friends tell me they appreciate my ability to tell the truth with gentle firmness.
