I work with couples and individuals to identify patterns of behavior that negatively impact their ability to function as the best versions of themselves. I use an existential focus to help clients navigate life changes, beginning with entering adolescence and progressing to moving away from home, marriage and relationship, birth of a child and loss or death of a loved one. I engage with my clients compassionately and collaboratively.
