Hi and welcome! I believe everyone can benefit from intentional time to reflect and process. People seek out therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe you’d like to feel happier, or better understand yourself and those around you. Maybe you are a parent who would like support for your child, or to have less conflict at home. My goal is to understand your needs and help you feel better. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field with children, teens, families, and young adults.
