Are you feeling stuck in a family dynamic that’s hard to name—but even harder to ignore? Are life transitions, relationship shifts, or financial stress making it difficult to find your footing? Our family relationships have a big impact on our well-being, whether we are in touch with our family members or not. I work with families, often across many generations. Much of my education and experience has been dedicated towards helping children and pre-teens. By using a Child Centered approach I help family members ages 3 - 15 who are impacted by dysfunctional family dynamics.
