-Current openings Tuesdays/Wednesdays- Hi! I know the process of finding a therapist you trust can be scary or overwhelming. I hope I can be here to help you in that journey. My work is typically with with young adults and women navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and struggles with self esteem. Many of my clients appear high functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. Together, we slow things down, explore emotional and relational patterns, and build insight in a way that feels supportive and manageable.
