My therapeutic approach is one led by compassion, deep listening, and a belief in the inherent goodness of people. At Already Home Counseling, I work with those wanting to rewrite old narratives and question the systems and patterns that keep us stuck. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults, those recovering from burnout and heightened stress, and those navigating grief and loss. I bring a warmth and openness to counseling sessions. I love to laugh with my clients and celebrate their victories! I can work with you or your child to live a more authentic, fulfilling life. I aim to have an anti-oppression and decolonized approach to counseling, always working to unlearn my own biases. I also work with those longing to incorporate nature into their therapeutic process and those who seek to reconnect to nature after trauma or adverse experiences.
