In our work together, I aim to create a safe, grounded space where vulnerable emotions and difficult conversations can unfold at your pace, and where your growth—both subtle and significant—is celebrated. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what’s been lost or changed, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel distant. I believe meaningful therapy grows from openness, curiosity, and a shared commitment to honest reflection over time. I work predominantly with young adults and adults (18–40) navigating life transitions, grief, and loss—both tangible and ambiguous.
