Elevate Mental Health Supports is a psychosocial rehabilitation program that offers Mental Health Consulting, Rehabilitative Case Management, Independent Living Skills Training, Therapeutic Coaching, and Mental Health Support Groups. We also are offering a Fall Series of Therapeutic Groups. We specialize in serving any people 12 years and older facing mental health challenges. Serving Boulder, Broomfield, and Denver Counties, we offer both in-person and virtual support tailored to build stability and independence. Our aim is to support and guide you as you create a life that promotes physical and mental wellbeing. View 4 Photos Leonora Otto (Lead Clinician) is a seasoned mental health clinician with a decade of experience across inpatient mental health units, residential treatment centers, and outpatient mental health programs. She has extensive training in Nature Based Therapeutics, CBT, DBT, and Individual Psychology.
