I am trained as a mental health counselor with a focus on depression, grief and eating disorders. I believe that true healing is possible. When both the client and practitioner deeply respect and understand the client's struggles and commit to addressing the core conflicts that may lie behind their disorder, healing can take place. I am also a Rabbi and I have been a mentor and teacher at the Rabbinical college of New England for over ten years. Although I do not bring my personal religious beliefs into therapy, my style is informed by my experience as a teacher of ancient wisdom and existential thought.
