I bring a creative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I work with children and adults navigating life challenges such as trauma, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and family dynamics. I aim to provide an affirming, inclusive space. Some clients may feel out of sync with the world— a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen exploring their identity, or an adult processing trauma or navigating change. Many look for connection, validation, and ways to express themselves fully. Their goals often include building emotional awareness, improving relationships, and developing a deeper sense of self.
