I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to helping trauma survivors reclaim a sense of peace, safety, and empowerment in their lives. With specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a variety of other trauma-informed modalities, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. I served 20 years in the military, including two overseas deployments.
