I believe therapy should be a safe and empowering experience—one that helps you discover meaningful ways to cope, heal, and thrive. Many of my clients come to me feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, stress, or the challenges of life transitions like entering parenthood. Others are managing substance use or social anxiety that affects their daily lives. At the heart of my work is the belief that you matter, and so does your mental health. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover strengths and build resilience as you create the life you want. In our sessions, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I tailor treatment to your needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches to support growth, coping, and self-understanding. Together we will build tools to manage anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, and transitions.
